  Each softgel contains 190 mg of Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) berry extract providing 160 mg of fatty acids, and 40 mg of pumpkin seed oil.

  Vegetarian softgels are made from food starch, seaweed, glycerine, sorbitol, and purified water (no gelatin).
